Doug Wilterdink Doug Wilterdink has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, public accounting, management consulting, and restructuring and turnaround. Mr. Wilterdink earned his B.A. from Michigan State University. He is the founder of DW Associates and serves as its managing director.
 
Brian Rudy Brian Rudy has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, senior financial management, corporate development, treasury, and public accounting. Mr. Rudy holds CPA and CMA designations and earned his B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University. His focus is on assisting our clients with financial analysis and the development and use of effective financial models and decision tools.
 
Russ Richardson Russ Richardson has more than 20 years of experience in cost accounting, management consulting, and operations management. Mr. Richardson earned his B.B.A. in accounting from Grand Valley State University and Master of Management from Aquinas College. His focus is on assisting our clients with improving their operating performance through the employment of effective leadership, management tools, and technology.
 
Steve Vanderveen Steve Vanderveen has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, new business development, integrity based selling, product innovation, and value engineering. Mr. Vanderveen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University and a M.S.M. from Purdue’s Krannert Graduate School of Management. His focus is on assisting our clients with performance improvement across their extended value chain for continuous growth and profit enhancement.
   
Steve Coutré Steve Coutré has more than 20 years of experience in structural design, construction project management, and IT systems implementation and project management.  Mr. Coutré earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University Illinois. His focus is on assisting clients with improving their internal information systems with the emphasis on data integrity, improved efficiency, and ensuring end users’ needs are served by their internal information systems.
 
Bruce Townsley Bruce Townsley has more than 30 years of accounting experience in controllership positions in small to mid-size manufacturing operations. Mr. Townsley holds the CMA designation and earned his B.A. in Accounting from Wright State University. His focus is in assisting our clients with financial analysis and the development and use of effective financial models and decision tools.
 
Dave Weaver Dave Weaver has more than 30 years in manufacturing and senior executive leadership and management. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, product and operations planning, and plan implementation. Mr. Weaver earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and his M.B.A. from Indiana University. His focus is on assisting clients with leadership and performance improvement through tactical and strategic planning, operations, and plan implementation.
   
J.P. Norkus  J.P. Norkus joined DWA in 2008 after a 20 year career in banking where he most recently served as a senior vice president and regional credit officer for a top 50 bank in the Detroit market. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the following degrees and certificates: B.B.A. in Finance, Grand Valley State University; M.B.A., Western Michigan University; Executive Certificate - Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management, MIT Sloan and is currently participating in the Chicago Management Institute, University of Chicago. His focus is on communicating in an aligned manner with all stakeholders to develop and implement financial and operational restructuring strategies to improve performance, minimize risk, and maximize recovery value.
   
John C. Harrington John C. Harrington has more than 30 years of experience in bank senior management, CEO leadership and management consulting to a wide spectrum of businesses. Mr. Harrington earned his B.S.B.A. from Central Michigan University with an emphasis in Finance and Economics. His focus is on assisting bank clients with special asset workout strategies, implementation and collections while serving general business clients in banking and financial restructuring issues.
   
Carmen Tisdale Carmen Tisdale has several years of experience in public relations, administration, and management through her years in community involvement, politics, and non-profit involvement. Ms. Tisdale earned her B.A. from the University of Toledo. Her focus is on developing and maintaining relationships within the community.

Andrew Sims Andrew Sims has more than 15 years of business to business sales, process & performance improvement, relationship & operational management functioning in diverse working environments. Mr. Sims earned his B.B.A from Baker College. His focus is on strategic relationships, marketing, business development and performance based support.
   
Brad Bennett Brad Bennett has more than 20 years of executive management. He has extensive experience in business development, organizational development, operations and financial management. Mr. Bennett earned his B.S. in Finance from Ferris State University and his M.B.A. from Northern Michigan University. Don Bittner Don Bittner has more than 30 years of experience in operations and business development as a senior executive. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation, organizational development, supply chain activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Mr. Bittner earned his B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in finance. His focus is on assisting our clients with interim management, business restructuring and turnaround, operational improvement, and organizational and leadership development.
   
Tom Ross Tom Ross  has over 20 years experience in leadership roles as a senior finance and operations executive for large public and small private companies in various industries. As a CPA, he spent 15 years in mid to large sized corporate organizations and was the top financial person at billion dollar publicly-held company. Mr. Ross also built two start-up companies into successful growing enterprises. He has a BA from Michigan State. His expertise in finance, business development, merger and acquisitions and capital strategy including private equity, banking and strategic planning will assist clients in achieving its growth objectives. He will focus on delivering interim management solutions to clients, financial mentoring, strategic planning and leadership development.
   
Dan Vollink Dan Vollink  has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience; extensively practiced at product, service, business and real estate development. Dan earned his B.B.A. from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan. Dan’s focus is on assisting clients with market analysis, valuations and the identification and evaluation of alternative courses of action.
   
Cindy Koning Cindy Koning  has more than 20 years of experience in executive level management positions. She has extensive experience in evaluation analysis, organizational development, operational management, strategic planning and leadership training. Ms. Koning has a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and a master's degree in Research and Community Development from the University of Michigan. Her focus is on assisting clients with leadership performance, tactical and strategic planning, systems evaluation, financial analysis and operational improvement.
   
Kirk Koeman Kirk Koeman  has more than 10 years experience in various areas of business including commercial banking, new business creation, project management, business development, financial management, and business turnaround. He holds a BBA in finance from Grand Valley State University. Mr. Koeman’s focus is on helping clients improve overall operating performance and strategic business direction through the use of advanced techniques in financial analysis and restructuring, strategic and tactical planning, systems evaluation, and plan implementation.
   
Rabih Jamal Rabih Jamal  joined DWA following completion of his MBA from Grand Valley State University and his B. S. from The University of Michigan with a degree in engineering. Mr. Jamal's business experience includes purchasing a distressed business and successfully returning it to profitability. He will use his expertise in both engineering and business to provide support to a variety of DWA clients.
   
Craig Scott Craig Scott  has more than 20 years of experience in diverse working environments with turnarounds, product and process innovation, operations, value engineering, strategic sourcing, project management, and sales. Mr. Scott earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University and has completed his MBA course work from Kennedy Western University. His focus is on assisting our clients with improving their operating performance through strategic and tactical planning, restructuring, and plan implementation through the employment of leadership development, management tools, and technology.
