plans include detailed action
steps, organization structures,
management roles and
responsibilities, and forecasts
and budgets for each of the four
key functions of business:

customer segments, determine
their needs and expectations,
and establish a means to affect
a positive purchasing decision.
Operations. Determine the
critical attributes the company
must have in order to
effectively meet or exceed their
customers’ needs and
