DWA facilitates the development of strategic and tactical business plans by first assessing the current situation. This involves the identification of critical internal (controllable) and external (uncontrollable) business components, and then evaluating our client’s strengths and weaknesses relative to those components. Second, we assist our clients in the development of a vision for the future that includes values and strategies that capitalize on each company’s strengths and eliminate its weaknesses. Third, we assist in the development of tactical plans to achieve their strategic objectives. Tactical plans include detailed action steps, organization structures, management roles and responsibilities, and forecasts and budgets for each of the four key functions of business:

Sales and Marketing. Define customer segments, determine their needs and expectations, and establish a means to affect a positive purchasing decision.

Operations. Determine the critical attributes the company must have in order to effectively meet or exceed their customers’ needs and expectations.

Finance and Administration. Determine the critical financial and other information necessary to affect quality business decisions.

Leadership and Management. Determine how best to deploy human resources, making certain the right people are in the right positions with the proper direction.
